All the IC design enterprises are entitled to enjoy the following special incentives besides the preferential policies on developing IC design industry endowed to those in Chengdu national Hi-tech development zone, National technical development zone and the Hi-tech west zone by Chengdu municipal government:

All the IC design enterprises incubated in the camp can share the EDA tools and opening design rooms prior with the preferential price.

In the same conditions, the IC design enterprises incubated in the camp can be prior commended to obtain the special fund of the Sichuan government.

IC design enterprises in the camp can have the privilege of company income tax exempted in three to five years. Personal income tax paid by entrepreneur and technician with senior technical title will be refunded proportionally according to the tax paid to local bureau for reward by local finance.

IC design enterprises sponsored by colleges and schools in the camp will be free from company income tax and value added tax commencing from the date of production.

Products for export by the IC design enterprises will enjoy free export duty unless limited or special regulation.
